Where to find frozen rosé in NYC
There’s no doubt about it that rosé is the unofficial drink of the summer. With festivals centered around the millennial-pink wine (Pinknic, La Nuit en Rose) and phrases like “rosé all day” becoming colloquial, it’s no wonder that the best New York bars wasted no time finding ways to dress up the wine to make Instagram its customers happy. And it turns out, you just needed to add ice and a few mix-ins to make the slushy sensation known as frosé. Whether sipping at a sky-high rooftop bar or one of the city’s best cocktail bars, here’s where to find frozen rosé in NYC.
Beaubourg
The 30,000-square-foot French market in FiDi is divided into to-go stalls, the Beaubourg brasserie and Le Bar, the casual cocktail den. Both sit-down venues are serving a seasonal frosé, a mix of Grey Goose Melon, Giffard crème de Peche, pressed lemon, Cointreau and Provencal Rosé. Enjoy "Frosé All Day" in Beaubourg's white-tiled dining room, or at Le Bar's soapstone bar.
